Per-company dashboard
Per-company dashboard you arrange yourself — KPIs, recent runs, upcoming jobs and live host metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network) with selectable time windows, as drag-and-drop widgets across multiple boards.
Backup jobs
Backup jobs — schedule, retention and storage target per job, grouped by source type (files, Proxmox, vSphere, Hyper-V). Adopt an existing repository or create a new one.
Run history with timeline
Run history — one row per job run, not per source, with a week/month timeline, live progress and partial-success states. Filter, bulk-select and export to CSV.
Restore with calendar
Restore — pick a recovery point on a calendar, browse every snapshot with its size, then restore single files, a whole VM, or rebuild a physical Linux server as a VM (P2V). Every restore stays listed independently of the job.
Repositories on storage
Backups — see the repositories actually sitting on each storage target, spot orphaned repos left by deleted jobs, and reclaim space safely.
Clients and lifecycle
Clients — Linux and Windows hosts over SSH or a pull agent. Install, test and switch the backup transport per host; host keys are pinned, restic versions tracked.
Hypervisors
Hypervisors — Proxmox VE, VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V side by side. Discover VMs, confirm host keys and back up whole VMs per policy.
Microsoft 365 tenants
Microsoft 365 — connect customer tenants via Entra ID (certificate-based or client secret) and inventory users, SharePoint sites and Teams.
Microsoft 365 jobs
Microsoft 365 jobs — back up OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange straight over the Graph API into your own encrypted storage, on a schedule with full retention.
Microsoft 365 restore
Microsoft 365 restore — browse snapshots by date with sizes, then export and download the data in your preferred archive format (ZIP, tar.gz, 7z and more).
Microsoft 365 run history
Microsoft 365 run history — per-run object counts and sizes, live progress and partial-success handling, the same timeline as your on-prem backups.
Storage targets
Storage targets — any S3-compatible object storage, SFTP backup node or SMB/CIFS share, with live capacity usage and per-target snapshot management.
Credentials
Credentials — reusable SSH keys, passwords and API tokens, encrypted at rest and shared across clients and hypervisors.
Reports and trends
Reports — success rate, data written and per-source growth from 30 days to a full year, with projected growth and CSV or branded-PDF export.

Error log — every failure carries a stable BCP-E code with the full run log one click away; filter by source type or audit action.
Audit log
Audit log — every security-relevant action recorded: host-key confirmations, restores, transport switches, password reveals.
User management
User management — per-company roles, LDAP-provisioned accounts, MFA status and e-mail invitations.
