Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting

We host this website with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit the site, Hetzner processes the data described under “Server log files” below on our behalf in data centres located in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our website). We have concluded a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) with Hetzner that obliges the provider to process this data only in accordance with our instructions and to protect it.

3. General

This website sets no cookies, performs no tracking and embeds no third-party analytics, advertising or web-font services. Fonts are served from our own server (system fonts); no connection to external font providers such as Google Fonts is established.

4. Server log files

When you visit this site, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data (browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, requested page, date and time, and IP address) in log files. This data is required for the technically error-free presentation and operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short period.

5. Contact form and e-mail

If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, company if given, message) solely to handle your request. Form submissions are turned into a ticket in our self-hosted ticket system or forwarded to our mailbox; in both cases the data remains on our own systems. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The transmission is encrypted; the data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Demo appointment booking

For appointment scheduling we use a self-hosted instance of the open-source software Cal.com on our own servers (cal.inal-it.de). When you book, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, selected time slot, optional message) to conduct the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. No data is transferred to external scheduling providers.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser’s address bar. While encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

8. Disclosure of data

Your data is not passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. Beyond the processors named above (hosting), no data is transferred to further recipients.

9. Your rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights:
